What is the return policy?

Since all phone cases, AirPod cases, wallets, and phone grips are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

How long does it take for the order to arrive? 

All orders are shipped 1-5 days after ordering.  Orders should arrive in around one to two weeks, however during the holiday season shipping times increase.  International orders can take multiple weeks to arrive.  

What if I have a problem with my order? 

If you have a problem with your order or have any questions, please email charmcitycases@gmail.com and I will respond ASAP.  

Are the cases protective? 

Yes! The cases are made of rubber and come above the screen about 2mm.  I have used a Charm City Case for the past two years, dropped my phone many times, and never cracked the screen.  Of course, our cases can't guarantee that the screen will never crack, but we use high quality products that will ensure protection for the majority of drops and falls.
